Recommended creatives will vary from program to program, however a range of display banners is mandatory. If you store has more than 10 products you are also required to supply a product data feed, much like what you would supply Google products with.
Setup consists of 3 stages, 1. account & campaign settings, 2. conversion script integration and 3. creative upload.
It depends on your access to resources and any reliance of third parties you may have. Program setup is self-paced, some advertisers will be setup in a few hours others take longer.
Yes, your account manager will guide you through the process. Before the program launches they will also check your entire program and recommend optimisations to help your program garner affiliate attention.
Initially with no previous affiliate activity, expect to allocate 8 hours per week increasing as the program and channel grows.

To ensure no conflict of interest and to remain transparent we do not manage programs. However we can introduce to outsourced program managers (OPM’s) and agencies that can. Allowing a network to manage your program is not advised.
Commission Factory takes a collaborative approach to helping our advertisers. While we can’t manage your program on a daily basis our account managers will support, advise and coach you to best practice. Additionally Commission Factory has a regularly updated documentation area that covers best practice on every facet of managing an affiliate program.
