I've worked at Commission Factory for almost 4 years now. I started out as Publisher Developer where I was given the opportunity to build the base of the department and put strategies into place before I then was offered a role as Client Services Team Leader.
I love working at CF for numerous reasons, one of those is that there is no hierarchy. If someone has an idea, no matter if Account Executive, Account Manager or Team Leader, it is being listened to and if agreed upon, implemented. It is a very collaborative environment. The company culture is second to none and we like to refer to the team as CF family. We like to celebrate work anniversaries, birthdays and successes and there is never a shortage of cake!
Having started at Commission Factory as a "fresh out of university" graduate in the Publisher Executive role, I quickly took to the company and culture that Commission Factory has to offer. Since then, I've become the primary Publisher Manager for key publishers on the network and have been with Commission Factory for over three years. The company has supported my growth, not only professionally but also personally, and has always been a workplace that nurtures and invests in its staff.
The company and industry constantly throw new and exciting challenges at you, but what makes Commission Factory so great is the people you work with. The entire team has always been incredibly supportive and great fun to be around (aside from when Mario Kart competitions get too competitive!) and really highlights one of the best parts about Commission Factory is the people you work with.
I have worked at Commission Factory for over 5 years now, having started as an Account Executive and with very limited prior industry experience. Since starting at CF, the senior management team have nurtured my career within the business like no other company I have ever worked for. After 5 years and several role upgrades, I now sit as part of this same senior leadership team and feel extremely blessed to be able to assist in offering the same opportunity to all CF staff.
There are so many things I love about working at CF. The generous remuneration, the progression pathways, the office environment (hello free coffee, snacks, beer and Mario Kart), the exceptional value of the technology itself and so much more. Overview As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of accounts whilst supporting Account Managers on the development of key accounts.
