Whilst we play hard we also work hard too. Our beginnings was a simple affiliate network that enabled online retailers to increase their reach and sales through affiliate marketers. I have worked at Commission Factory for over 5 years now, having started as an Account Executive and with very limited prior industry experience. Since starting at CF, the senior management team have nurtured my career within the business like no other company I have ever worked for. After 5 years and several role upgrades, I now sit as part of this same senior leadership team and feel extremely blessed to be able to assist in offering the same opportunity to all CF staff.

There are so many things I love about working at CF. The Account Executive will be responsible for supporting a group of self-managed advertisers whilst also supporting Account Managers on the development of managed affiliate programs.The Account Executive role varies a lot which means you are constantly learning, facing different challenges and expanding your knowledge on what makes a successful affiliate program.In one day, you could be dealing with a technical issue and deciphering source code, the next minute you could be helping a client organise a fashion blogger affiliate day or webinar.The Account Executive role due to its variety ensures you are developing a whole range of key skills which will set you in good stead for considering Account Manager opportunities in the future.The ability to think quickly and learn fast is key.Being able to prioritise your workload and handle tasks in a timely manner is also a talent you'll pick up quickly!You'll meet a whole range of personalities in your client base so being personable is essential.Some clients will want to talk about your weekend antics and others you'll always be on a 'Kind regards' basis.Assisting the Account Manager on looking after key accounts is imperative and includes everything from amending sales, delivering proposals to dealing with transaction queries and providing post - performance analysis.You may also have your own projects that you work on which may include such activities as creating training videos for our self - service clients, contributing ideas and suggestions for our help desk or our internal intranet.

Whilst the below is a guide to general expectation of the role, we expect this position may evolve over time and be refined for the changing affiliate marketing landscape. • Manage and optimise assigned accounts to fulfil the needs of the customer. • Implement and advise on affiliate marketing concepts to optimise assigned accounts. • Manage affiliate relationships necessary for the successful management of assigned programs. • Take a pro-active approach in solving issues with assigned clients, escalating issues to the appropriate team when necessary. • Work with Tech Team to integrate programs successfully. • Analyse, optimise and communicate results to the Client Services Team Leader. • Prioritise activities with the Account Executive. • Renew contracts • Train merchants in the operation of affiliate programs in preparation for launch. • Co-ordinate a 90 day launch deployment strategy for the client and delegate tasks to the Account Executive. • Up-sell relevant services. • Responsibility for the processes that facilitate closing programs. • Advise on potential strategies for the optimisation of accounts. • Proactively address merchants that are overspending and underperforming. • Work independently to produce all necessary account management documentation and reporting. • Produce regular and bespoke reports on assigned programs. • Work with Publisher Developers on new affiliates or introductions to the merchant program. • Schedule in performance partner introductions to the client. • Attend appropriate client and networking events to enhance client relationship development.

To support the Company's continued expansion into Australia and APAC, this role will provide a forward-facing contact to sell the Company's proposition to new publishers working actively in Australia and APAC.This role seeks to prospect new enterprise opportunities to provide large scale traffic to the Company's advertisers and ultimately drive additional override to the network. Strong communicator and stakeholder manager to not only select, onboard and activate partnerships but to then demonstrate the value proposition of the new partnership to Account Managers. Create, execute and manage supporting processes in order to create clear workflows for replication and scale. This role will be part of the Publisher Development Team, key tasks include: • Accurate and relevant publisher prospecting for both Awin and Commission Factory • Establish qualification process to ensure time is spent on enterprise opportunities only • Work closely with teams responsible for network approvals across Commission Factory and Awin to leverage them as a lead source • Leverage tools to assist with finding and managing prospects, including HubSpot. • Create reporting to demonstrate progress and measurement of work to Client Services Director • Implementation of new processes to onboard and activate new partnerships • Establish an effective communication strategy to inform relevant stakeholders such as Account Managers, and potentially clients where required, about the value proposition of new established partnerships. • Analysing Awin and Commission Factory's market offering and benchmarking this against key competitors to ensure we're best of breed for publishers and within the industry. • Creating any documentation or assets need to help you achieve the above. • Managing existing publisher relationships across an allocated portfolio • Be responsible for their optimisation, support and success at the network • Provide strategic direction to ensure ongoing scale
