As a company operating in such a diverse region, diversity is the essence of how we build our teams, cultivate our leaders and nurture each and every one of our employees. We are a company that welcomes all, allows each to be their full and authentic self and values every unique voice.
Every member of the team contributes to the company as a whole and we invest as much time in our team as we do our clients.
A dynamic culture is central to life at Commission Factory. Alongside our professional development initiatives and opportunities, we like to make sure the working environment is also great with an endless supply of caffeine, snacks and booze. Our social committee meet regularly to ensure there is a constant flow of activities and rewards for our hardworking teams with regular social events.
Whilst we play hard we also work hard too. Our beginnings was a simple affiliate network that enabled online retailers to increase their reach and sales through affiliate marketers. Many years on we have become an integral part of the marketing ecosystem in APAC and we're driven to continually improve the results of our clients, meet new challenges head on and aspire to be the world's best affiliate and performance network.
I've worked at Commission Factory for almost 4 years now. I started out as Publisher Developer where I was given the opportunity to build the base of the department and put strategies into place before I then was offered a role as Client Services Team Leader.
I love working at CF for numerous reasons, one of those is that there is no hierarchy. If someone has an idea, no matter if Account Executive, Account Manager or Team Leader, it is being listened to and if agreed upon, implemented. It is a very collaborative environment. The company culture is second to none and we like to refer to the team as CF family. We like to celebrate work anniversaries, birthdays and successes and there is never a shortage of cake!
Having started at Commission Factory as a "fresh out of university" graduate in the Publisher Executive role, I quickly took to the company and culture that Commission Factory has to offer. Since then, I've become the primary Publisher Manager for key publishers on the network and have been with Commission Factory for over three years. The company has supported my growth, not only professionally but also personally, and has always been a workplace that nurtures and invests in its staff.
The company and industry constantly throw new and exciting challenges at you, but what makes Commission Factory so great is the people you work with. The entire team has always been incredibly supportive and great fun to be around (aside from when Mario Kart competitions get too competitive!) and really highlights one of the best parts about Commission Factory is the people you work with.
I have worked at Commission Factory for over 5 years now, having started as an Account Executive and with very limited prior industry experience. Since starting at CF, the senior management team have nurtured my career within the business like no other company I have ever worked for. After 5 years and several role upgrades, I now sit as part of this same senior leadership team and feel extremely blessed to be able to assist in offering the same opportunity to all CF staff.
There are so many things I love about working at CF. The generous remuneration, the progression pathways, the office environment (hello free coffee, snacks, beer and Mario Kart), the exceptional value of the technology itself and so much more. But what I have always valued the most about working at CF is their management culture. At CF the ethos is Freedom and Responsibility. Every employee knows and is supported in their role, but has the freedom and autonomy to achieve and think creatively within it.
I cannot recommend Commission Factory enough to anyone considering moving to Australia's most rewarding and enjoyable business.
