Yes. You can connect both at the same time. Notifications will be delivered to both platforms. You can toggle specific notification types on or off per platform in your settings.
Notifications are tied to the Commission Factory account that connects the integration. Each user can connect their own account and set their own preferences, so everyone only sees what's relevant to them.
No. Notifications arrive directly in your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace. For notifications that need follow-up, a link takes you straight to the relevant page in your Commission Factory dashboard.
Microsoft Teams supports selected in-app actions, including accepting or declining advertiser invitations, approving or declining opportunity applications, approving or declining pending affiliate partners, and applying to new opportunities. Slack notifications include links that take you to the relevant page in your Commission Factory dashboard.
Some Microsoft Teams workspaces may require an organisation admin to approve the Commission Factory app before users can connect it. This is usually a one-time step for the organisation.
Notifications stop being delivered to that platform immediately. Your dashboard and email settings are unaffected. You can reconnect at any time from the Notifications tab in your Commission Factory dashboard.
